Return
Policy
An Item may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund or
exchange provided merchandise is in new, unused condition and the packaging is
not damaged in any way. JDDG cannot accept returns on used golf merchandise or
special order merchandise. All returns must be approved by JDDG customer service
prior to shipment.
Refund
Policy
Once authorized merchandise has been received by customer service, a refund
of the original purchase price, less the original shipping charge (unless the
merchandise is not re-sellable as new) will be issued.
Damage
Policy
Report damaged merchandise to John Daly's Discount Golf's customer service at
1-866-817-5466 as soon as it is discovered. Shipping damage that is discovered
more than 48 hours after receipt may not be covered under return policy.
Warranty
Policy
Although John Daly's Discount Golf offers repair services to most golf
equipment, JDDG offers no additional warranty outside of that provided by the
manufacturer. Call JDDG customer service at 1-866-817-5466 in regards to having
merchandise repaired or specific product warranty information.
Payment
Policy
JDDG accepts all major credit cards and prefers this method of payment.
Credit Cards or U.S. Postal; money orders will insure your order will ship out
immediately. Payments must be in U.S. currency. Payment by personal checks,
business checks or money orders other than U.S. Postal may delay shipment up to
one (1) month.
Product
Pricing and Information Policy
Every effort is made to avoid errors in pricing and product information.
However, if a mistake does occur, JDDG reserves the right to correct it.
